I highly recommend Stronghold. Mario, my point of contact, was very professional from start to finish, went above and beyond, and took care of everything with my insurance company and the inspection. He made the entire process stress-free and easy for me. He stayed in touch and was always immediately responsive when I had a question or request. The crew did a great job on the roof and I feel confident with their 6-yr workmanship, 30-yr shingle, and 10-yr wind & streak transferable warranty. You'll be very happy you hired this company.

I contacted Stronghold Restoration and Roofing because I really need help and Mario and his crew came to the rescue. Mario came to my residence, inspected the roof and walked me through process of filing a claim. My new roof was finally approved and Mario came out, help me choose the right shingles for my home as well as other pertinent materials. On yesterday, Mario and his crew came out, replaced my roof and he updated me consistently until it was completed.

Due to a hail storm we suspected there was damage to our roof. Stronghold Restoration & Roofing inspected our roof and confirmed the damage. Jerry, our claims specialist, helped us through the whole process from contacting our insurance company with a quote to arranging the repairs for the roof. He was always on time and answered any questions promptly. The workers that came to our home were very professional. They performed their job with skill and were very respectful of our property. There was always a job site manager available. The job was finished in a day and a half, and our property was immaculate when they left. They really deserve the 5 stars.

Extremely pleased with my interaction with this company from beginning to end. Mario is the rep I worked with and if I didn’t know better, I would have believed he owned the company given his attention to customer service and timely communication. I had hail damage at my rental home.
Mario assessed the roof, took a ton of pictures and indicated to me he believed he can get my insurance company to approve a full roof replacement. This is an 18 year old roof by the way so I was very skeptical. He interacted with my insurance company more than me and met up with the field adjuster at the house without me having to be there. After the field adjuster, he called and walked me through the whole process on what to expect.
In the end, complete replacement was approved. On installation day, Mario was there with the crew all day to ensure all went well. Through this process, he even came to my primary house where i live and fixed a patch of roof that was leaking and repaired a decking by the pool that was sticking up “just because”.
This is a high quality company with high quality employees. I will forever refer anyone I know needing roof repair to Mario and Stronghold.

We’re greatly impressed and satisfied with our interactions with Stronghold Restoration and Roofing. They arrived for an appointment on time and completed a thorough inspection of our hail-damaged roof before advising us of the procedure to follow in making a claim to our home insurance company for roof replacement.
Ben thoroughly explained what he found during his inspection and offered to “champion” our case directly to our insurance company via a three-way call and volunteered to pursue all options available to get the approval of our claim. He was overwhelmingly successful!
Patrick was very thorough in explaining the entire timeline for the job and showed samples of all the materials necessary to complete a finished project. He answered all questions we had about materials and the process as it would be completed from start to finish.
They were very efficient and hardworking as they safely completed that facet of the project. All materials were collected and placed in a dumpster trailer and the area was completely cleaned before the crew left that night at dark (including at least three “scans” for nails around my entire house and driveway via magnets).
I believe their attention to details throughout the entire process of roof replacement sets them apart from other roofing companies.

I knew my roof was in bad shape but I just didn't want to spend and arm and a leg much less deal with the insurance company for a new roof. Jabar assured me that he was very familiar with the process and he would be able to assist me all the way through. I allowed a roof inspection where he determined there was significant damage. he contacted my insurance company and we spoke with them together. The insurance company sent out an inspector and Jabar & Bryan were on the roof with him as they collaborated on the damage. The inspection was submitted and less than a week later I have a new roof!
Jabar was available 24/7 for me to call and ask as many questions as needed. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful through the entire process. I recommend you reach out to Jabar and Bryan for any roofing needs you may have.
AND they showed up around 7:00 AM to start the project. They removed all of the old shingles and felt and installed then cleaned up (doesn't even look like they were here) and were finished at 1:00 PM. The Roof Looks Great!! Thank You Jabar & Bryan

I would highly recommend Stronghold Restoration & Roofing to replace your roof. Very professional from start to finish. They sent a gutter company out in advance to remove the gutters and the same company reinstalled after the roof was complete. I was impressed when they covered my neighbors pool during the demolition process. They cleaned everything up afterwards, including running a strong magnet over our yard to pick up nails. Joseph Torres is the project manager I worked with during the roofing project. Everything he said he would do he did. Very good roof replacement experience.

Extremely satisfied with the entire process from start to finish. My roof was damaged by hail. Both company representatives, Daniel and Keegan, were responsive and very pleasant to work with at all times. They delivered exactly what they promised. We recently used Stronghold to replace our roof and gutters after we suffered hail damage. Jerry made the whole process so easy! He helped us file the claim with our insurance, knew which specifications our HOA required, and helped us work around my husbands crazy work schedule. One happy homeowner; a lifetime of gratitude. Our home was flooded, we didn't have flood insurance, and I had no clue where to begin. Patrick Codogan from Stronghold Roofing and Restoration volunteered his time and expertise to coordinate our home's demolition. He showed up with a crew of volunteers and went to work. An experience I will never forget. Fast forward to 2 months ago, I noticed a water spot on my interior ceiling. I knew who to call. Patrick came out and offered a free roof inspection. During his inspection he found numerous issues with my roofing system. He walked me through the process of filing a claim with my insurance company.
I could not be more pleased with the security and curb appeal that the new roofing system brought to my family's home. Stronghold Restoration and Roofing also installed gutters and a custom-made chimney cap. During the build, Patrick and his crew went above and beyond to address other issues found. One lesson I learned during Harvey is that it is very difficult to find an honest contractor to trust with my home. We had roof damage from a recent storm. I contacted Stronghold and had an exceptional experience with them. They are very professional and did an excellent job in every aspect of their work from helping me file a claim with the insurance company, meeting with the insurance adjuster during the roof inspection, and managing the roof install and clean-up. Our project manager, Jabar, guided us through the entire process, which made it super easy for us. I highly recommend them.

It's always a bit scary to hire an out of town company after a disaster, but they really did go above and beyond to take care of us.
I can promise you that they don't cut corners and they use quality materials. Many companies in times after a disaster will use any material they can find just to get the job done asap, not them. They did exactly what they said they would do.
The other thing you wont see from other contractors is, there was always a site manager there at the house making sure everything was happening as it should have been. I personally saw him make several corrections to the work that was being done. That's not to say the work was being done wrong, he just wanted it to be done perfect and up to a very high standard. You normally don't see that attention to detail. I really appreciated that.

Zach came to the house called the insurance company handled all the details they needed. Walked us through every part of the process of replacing the roof, then he set a date for his team to be here. They showed up on time did the roofing job within one day, and by the time they left you couldn’t even tell they were here. They also had to repair a front window, which was done perfectly even down to matching the paint. Window looks as if it was installed brand new. I highly recommend Stronghold Restoration and Roofing. Zach is a fine young man that knows the roofing business and can answer any questions you may have. We are extremely satisfied with our new roof and the repairs that were made.
