With a vast background in roofing, Patrick founded Stronghold to build a roofing company that operates with empathy and honesty, treating homeowners’ homes as if they’re our own. His hands-on commitment to the company has influenced us to be just as committed to our community. Patrick’s a loving father of 2, a sports buff, and a tabletop gamer!

Our VP and General Manager, Eric, has been here since Stronghold got started. With a rich leadership background, his input and dedication have substantially pushed our small business to thrive and grow. He loves reading, nature, and sports, and strives to uphold his personal commitment to helping others and developing himself.

As an office administrator, Andrew has been an integral part of our team for since 2020. Devoted to helping others, he supports our team and homeowners every day with his industry knowledge and multitasking skills. Andrew loves tabletop gaming and was a chef before joining Stronghold, bringing his passion for food to the office!

Bre is an organized, knowledgeable office administrator, supporting our team for the last 4 years. Passionate about understanding people, she utilizes her extensive experience and degree in Psychology to ensure our team and homeowners have the assistance they need. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and being a pet mom!

Haley leads the company’s marketing strategy, website management, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, social media, branding, and customer communications. She focuses on educating homeowners while helping Stronghold maintain a strong online presence throughout the Greater Houston area.

With 10 years of roofing experience, Floyd is knowledgeable and analytical, taking pride in helping homeowners and businesses recover from storm damage. He values Stronghold’s family-like culture and the integrity of the team. Outside of work, Floyd enjoys camping, fishing, fitness, and spending quality time with his family.

Ryan’s been in roofing for over 10 years, and his knowledge, enthusiasm, and reliability make him an extraordinary manager. He inspires and encourages our team to go the extra mile for our homeowners and uphold our strong values. He’s an avid outdoor enthusiast and a devoted father, eager to take on challenges and give back.

Julian’s been in construction for over 15 years. As our Construction Project Manager, his knowledge and reliability ensures our work exceeds standards and expectations for quality, function, and form. Julian is a hard worker, always with a positive attitude. He values his time and his family, considering himself a family man!

Ken is a seasoned commercial and residential roofing systems estimator known for his efficiency and reliability. With a strong roofing background, he excels at delivering high-quality work within set timelines and budgets. Ken’s approach combines technical skills with a focus on customer satisfaction, making him a valued professional in the roofing industry.

As a member of our team since 2018, Shane is a dedicated roofing project manager. His favorite part of the job is making a difference in our community and connecting with our homeowners, who share their diverse experiences. Shane is a proud father and an avid fisherman who maintains a good sense of humor and a positive attitude.

Jennifer is a seasoned roofing project manager with over a decade of experience and a degree in Business Management. She values this job because she gets to support the community and treat homeowners with respect and transparency. Beyond roofing, Jennifer’s an amazing cook and an avid reader who loves spending time with her family.

From nursing to roofing, Anna has been here for over 2 years! She’s a hard worker who loves helping people, building relationships, and making a difference. As a roofing project manager, Anna prioritizes her homeowners and ensures every job is handled with care. Outside of work, she loves nature and is a wonderful mother!

With over a decade in sales and retail, Shivani brings a strong work ethic and a passion for helping people. She loves connecting with homeowners and making sure their needs are met. Outside of work, Shivani enjoys photography, crafting, outdoor adventures, and most of all, being a mom. She finds peace by the water in Seabrook after team meetings.

Neal works with homeowners to guide roofing and exterior restoration projects from start to finish. He is committed to delivering reliable service, clear communication, and solutions that meet each customer’s needs.
